Skin hair and nails are very good and my doctor told me that they are not artificial, She said that they have a lot of good things in them and BIOTIN which aides in hair and nail growth, so If any1 needs a good 1 4 that then try them I have been using them for about 3 months and I noticed a change after a few days. BY the way I luv u and I think u r FUNNY AS HELL U TRIP ME OUT!!! Lata
